Do the product and images differ?

Images are of actual products only.

  • However due to lighting and other factors, actual colors, styles, and sizes of the product may slightly vary from the photos and descriptions on this site. 
  • Since the products are natural, they may change color due to weather conditions and other factors.

Do we have Cash On Delivery facility?

We accept COD at more than 28,000 pin codes. To place a COD order, when you're at the Shipping page, select the Shipping method as Cash on Delivery.

Note:

  • Orders upto Rs. 10000 are eligible for Cash on Delivery. Above Rs. 10000 we only accept prepaid orders.
  • If you cannot see the COD option, that means our courier doesn't support your pincode. You can still proceed with a prepaid order and we'll ship via India Speed Post.
  • COD convenience fee is  calculated at checkout.

What if I receive damaged/wrong products?

What are your shipping details?

  • We ship from Siliguri (West Bengal, India) to across the world
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Domestic: 4 - 12 days, International: 15 - 25 days
  • Some products are made on-demand, so delivery may take longer than expected. You will be intimated for the same.
  • Pincodes where our courier partners don't service, we will send via India Speed Post.
  • We process orders in 1 to 3 business days.

Domestic shipping cost:

  • On orders below ₹1500 a shipping fee of ₹75 is levied
  • Free shipping above ₹1500

International shipping charges are different and calculated at checkout.
